The City of St. Thomas contracts St. Thomas Energy Services Inc. to repair streetlights within 14 days of the call in date.

To report an issue with a street light, please complete the form below or contact the Operations Department via phone at (519) 631-5550 extension 244. Please include all information necessary for our workers to locate the problem fixture. If available, please include the pole number.
