Municipal Water Billing Information

St. Thomas Energy Services Inc. collects water billings on behalf of the City of St. Thomas and the Municipality of Central Elgin.

Any water system issues should be directed to your municipality.

City of St. Thomas Water Customers – Effective October 1st, water rates will increase to $0.8484 from $0.7511 per cubic metre. For more information on this increase, please contact the City of St. Thomas at 631-1680 .

Central Elgin Water Customers – Effective September 1st, water rates will increase to $1.80 from $0.7511 For more information on this increase, please contact the municipal office at 519-631-4860 x278.
